Responsibilities

Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making with accurate financial analysis and recommendations

Take full ownership of consolidated financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of both revenue and expense for multiple business units

Analyze manufacturing and production financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across multiple business units

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives

Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of FP&A experience with a strong background in manufacturing and production financial data

Proven experience in business partnering with senior leadership

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

MBA or CPA
