Bookkeeper Administrator
Ledgent is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper Administrator to support its financial and administrative operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy within a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks
Prepare and process monthly invoicing
Keep customer information current and accurate
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
Order and maintain office supplies as needed
Ensure financial data accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee HR-related tasks, including health plan administration and PTO tracking
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience using QuickBooks
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
