RCM Client Success Specialist

The RCM Client Success Specialist will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and account success within Revenue Cycle Management operations, ensuring clients receive a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RCM customers
Build strong, trust-based relationships with practice administrators, billers, and key stakeholders
Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and performance review meetings
Monitor key RCM performance metrics such as A/R days, denial rates, collections, billing turnaround, and claim submission accuracy
Identify operational gaps and work collaboratively with internal RCM teams to resolve issues
Ensure accurate and timely execution of RCM services according to PracticeSuite standards
Understand customer goals and align RCM workflows to support their financial success
Drive retention by proactively identifying risks and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed customer documentation, feedback, and action items
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or expanded service adoption
Act as customer advocate across internal teams including RCM operations, product support, and product development
Triage and escalate issues while ensuring timely resolution and communication
Track recurring issues and recommend process enhancements
Analyze customer performance data to develop insights and recommend operational improvements
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement best practices for billing workflows and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in RCM, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes (claims, coding, denials, payment posting, A/R follow-up)
Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as account management, client services, or customer success
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail
Proficiency with medical billing software and reporting tools
Preferred
Experience in a SaaS or HealthTech environment
Knowledge of EHR/Practice Management systems, preferably PracticeSuite
Experience conducting QBRs or performance reviews
Familiarity with dashboards and KPI analysis in RCM
