Responsibilities
Lead QA/QC processes for large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center electrical projects
Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection protocols, and testing procedures
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and client-specific standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues proactively
Conduct audits, review submittals, and manage documentation for electrical systems
Mentor and train project teams on QA/QC best practices
Partner with safety and operations leadership to maintain a zero-defect, zero-incident culture
Qualification
Required
10+ years of electrical construction experience
5+ years in mission-critical/data center projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commissioning processes
Proven track record managing QA/QC programs for large-scale electrical scopes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Certifications such as PMP, STSC, OSHA 30 are a plus
