Facilitated Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Supported the team in following Agile and Scrum principles throughout the sprint cycle
Assisted in removing impediments by coordinating with developers, testers, and stakeholders
Helped maintain and track Sprint backlog, burn-down charts, and Agile metrics
Coordinated with Product Owner to ensure user stories were well-defined and prioritized
Promoted continuous improvement by capturing action items and supporting team collaboration
