Responsibilities

Involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties across all geographies and asset classes, including multifamily, industrial and logistics, hospitality, retail and niche sectors such as cold storage and data centers

Gain valuable experience by working on secondary transactions, fund and asset-level recapitalizations, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique transaction structures

Preparing and presenting internal materials for new transactions, putting together Investment Committee memos, compiling materials for weekly team meetings, and analyzing market data for various transactions
