Responsibilities

Reviewing and validating customer accounts in CRM and Axapta for accuracy, reporting directly to the department supervisor
Confirming the presence and accuracy of tax ID information for each account
Conducting professional outreach to customers to request W-9 forms for missing tax IDs
Updating CRM records and completing alignment steps according to standard operating procedures

Required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Demonstrate professional communication skills for effective customer outreach
