Responsibilities
Provide technical support to ensure manufacturing processes and final products meet quality standards
Perform quality inspections, data analysis, and implement quality control plans
Organize and manage calibration of equipment, gauges, and measurement devices
Lead validation activities by planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
Monitor systems performance and maintain documentation to ensure optimal operations
Develop and update Work Instructions (WI); train team members on quality tools and analysis methods
Manage quality lab functions and testing processes
Implement proactive quality strategies to move from reactive to preventive quality management
Support the Quality Manager in root cause analysis, audits, documentation, and investigations
Monitor supplier quality performance; coordinate activities related to non-conforming materials
Collaborate with Operations and Process teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, building materials, food, pharma, or a related industry
Familiarity with continuous process environments
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Strong technical knowledge of quality control systems and manufacturing processes
Excellent attention to detail and team leadership capabilities
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
