Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists
Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
Lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals
Interview potential candidates for employment opportunities within your clinic
Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care
Qualification
Required
New Jersey Physical Therapist License
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Computer Literacy
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
