Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT strategies that align with enterprise priorities and support growth objectives

Partner with senior leaders to define multi-year technology plans, investment priorities, and innovation roadmaps

Conduct internal and external research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to guide technology strategy and investment decisions

Synthesize annual and multi-year technology plans with clear alignment to corporate and CIO-level strategies

Execute roadmap deliverables through strategic leadership of prioritized organizational needs, partnering across the IT, Growth & Marketing organizations

Serve as a technical advisor to sales and growth teams during pursuit cycles

Lead or contribute to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and proposal submissions, ensuring solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic capabilities

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for clients and prospects

Support solution design, pricing assumptions, architectural considerations, and compliance requirements needed for competitive bids

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions accurately reflect current and planned capabilities

Create executive-level reports and presentations that simplify complex technical and strategic subject matter

Develop materials for leadership presentations, internal communications, client-facing strategy discussions, and strategic planning forums

Support enterprise planning efforts and execution of multi-year strategies, including cross-functional alignment and communication

Lead program-level reporting, project communication, issue/risk tracking, change requests, and deliverable management for strategic initiatives

Provide methodology coaching in project management, change management, and process design as needed

Identify, track, and report on opportunities for technological and operational efficiency

Develop metrics for budget, spend, and performance tracking

Manage variance processes and support resource planning to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

Required

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study

Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, product management, strategic planning, and/or consulting, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred

Over 8+ years of delivering digital and technical strategies aligned to business growth goals is preferred

At least 8+ years of experience supporting technical sales, solutioning, or RFP/proposal development is preferred

Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, architectures, and enterprise platforms is preferred

Experience with due diligence, technical evaluation, and business planning for technology investments is preferred

Ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive, business, and client audiences is preferred

Strong vendor management and project leadership experience is preferred

Experience in a healthcare or health plan environment is strongly preferred
