Responsibilities

Greet, sign in, and provide excellent customer service to Thresholds clients, staff, and guests
Build cordial relationships with the clients and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the building
Monitor security cameras and ensure doors are locked and closed
Communicate with clinical teams verbally and through records to contribute to client recovery
Answer and transfer phone calls, sort mail, and complete other administrative tasks
