Vice President of Sales (3PL B2B)
Crew Connectors is a fast growing national provider in the third-party logistics industry, and they are seeking a high impact Vice President of Sales to drive enterprise customer acquisition. This role focuses on securing major corporate customers and generating substantial new revenue within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise level sales for new customers in the third-party logistics industry across consumer goods, food, and other high volume categories
Build and manage a strong pipeline of national scale prospects with clear quantitative reporting
Run the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, partnering with operations during onboarding
Position the company effectively against larger competitors in the third-party logistics industry and articulate the mid market value proposition
Expand the customer base beyond niche sectors into broad corporate accounts
Collaborate with leadership during evaluation and negotiation
Maintain deep industry knowledge and credibility with high level stakeholders
Consistently deliver meaningful new revenue and win large accounts
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience selling solutions within the third-party logistics industry
Proven history of landing enterprise customers with national reach
Ability to point to millions in new business brought in within recent years
Strong experience selling to corporate customers that require complex onboarding
Self driven operator with clear pipeline management and strong follow through
Relationship focused closer who does not rely on heavy corporate infrastructure
Not suitable for someone whose book of business is pharma or hazmat focused
Preferred
Background in Client or food logistics strongly preferred
