Responsibilities

Develop lifecycle strategies that nurture prospects pre-conversion and strengthen relationships post-conversion
Partner with email, content, and UX to grow and segment subscriber audiences; guide newsletters, retention, and engagement campaigns
Shape creative direction and messaging for automated communications across email, SMS, and client app push notifications
Create value-driven touchpoints such as webinars, resource centers, and downloadable content to expand audiences and deepen engagement
Define KPIs for engagement and retention; monitor results and recommend creative optimization opportunities
Collaborate with content, UX, insights, and CRM teams to align messaging with user needs and brand standards

Required

5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience in a digital-first environment
Experience shaping messaging and strategy across social, email and web channels
Proven ability to grow subscriber bases and optimize retention campaigns through content and segmentation strategies
Strong analytical skills, with experience running A/B tests and interpreting engagement metrics
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
