Adriana's Insurance is a leading auto insurance brokerage in Southern California, seeking a dynamic, bilingual Content Creator to enhance brand visibility across various media platforms. The role involves developing and managing high-quality content, executing content strategies, and engaging with audiences in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce engaging, on-brand content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives
Develop creative narratives that highlight client success stories, community involvement, and the company’s mission
Collaborate with marketing leadership to align content strategies with business goals
Create original content in multiple formats, including video, photo, blog articles, social posts, infographics, and email campaigns
Design and produce digital and graphic assets for social media, website, and marketing materials
Write and edit bilingual copy (English/Spanish) with cultural sensitivity and consistency in tone and voice
Capture and edit visual content (photography and short-form video) for multiple platforms, including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and optimize strategies accordingly
Engage authentically with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive
Work closely with internal teams, and leadership to ensure messaging and visuals are consistent across all channels
Collaborate with marketing and creative partners to brainstorm campaigns and deliver cohesive, high-impact projects
Assist in event coverage, promotional shoots, and other marketing activities as needed
Be open and available to travel for company events, conferences, video shoots, and community engagements (regional and occasional out-of-state travel required)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design/editing software
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed

Preferred

Experience in the insurance, financial services, or marketing industry
Photography and videography experience (including lighting, shooting, and editing)
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Content creation: 3 years (Preferred)
Social media strategy: 3 years (Preferred)
Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
