Mission Hospital McDowell, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Communications Operator PRN to manage hospital communications. The role involves responding to incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and following procedures for emergency codes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for communications into and within the hospital by use of the telephone switchboard, pagers, and public address systems

Primary focus of the job is to respond quickly and courteously to all incoming calls and to route these calls to the proper extension and properly respond to and follow procedures for emergency codes
