Responsibilities
The Implementation Supervisor II supports mid- to large-scale projects for Helix Migration, consisting of single- and multi-site implementations with multiple products and services
This role analyzes customer solutions and migrations and actively participates in successful solution migrations while meeting customer and company needs
This position is involved in implementation model development for each project, including deployment and plan definition, scheduling of implementation phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, and reporting
The Migration PM Supervisor manages cross-functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, post-implementation audits, client communications, and weekly reporting
The Implementation Supervisor II will travel to domestic locations to support account migrations
Travel beyond domestic locations may be required and will be assessed on an individual basis
Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items
Work with the Program Manager
Attend daily status meetings using Zoom
Use project management tools to track project success
Qualification
Required
Proficient in project management practices
Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
