Kelly is a staffing company looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to work at a premier Freight Distribution Center in Fountain Inn, SC. The role involves managing shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining organization in the shipping process.

Responsibilities

Paying attention to detail and entering BOL information into WMS

Entering customers' LTL/FTL orders into customer portals

Scanning and organizing electronic documents

Performing all necessary computer functions to track inbound and outbound shipments

Reporting any overage, shortage, damages, or questionable conditions to the OS&D team

Must have fork lift experience

Preparing inbound tally sheets, bills, loading tickets, and manifests for dock operations

Reconciling received inbound BOLs against shippers' initial orders entered

Initiating requests for missing Bills of Ladings

Stamping and signing all paperwork necessary for receiving orders

Creating assemble manifests and building an 'outbound packet' for the driver

Signing drivers in/out

Performing other duties as assigned by the management team

Required

Must have fork lift experience

Have a High School Diploma or GED

Are able to self-manage, be organized, and task-oriented

Have good time management skills

Are efficient and accurate in handling paperwork for inbound and outbound orders/shipments

Have availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends as dictated by business needs
