Responsibilities

Support, develop, and maintain enterprise applications
Provide hands-on experience in application development, enhancements, reporting, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs

Qualification

Oracle PeopleSoftOracle PeopleToolsMS SQLApplication DesignAnalytical skillsHR business functionsOracle/PeopleSoft certificationsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in ERP, Application Design, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of business application experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules
Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Oracle PeopleTools and related frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Oracle / PeopleSoft certifications preferred but not required
Experience with MS SQL and MS Office preferred
Understanding of HR business functions is a plus
