Responsibilities
Lead projects within the Center of Excellence to streamline processes and optimize SOPs
Assess and improve operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance
Act as a strategic connector—aligning stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables to achieve organizational goals
Partner with procurement and supplier management teams to ensure smooth sourcing and vendor engagement
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, procurement, and research teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of Project Management experience in a pharma/healthcare setting (using Project Management tools (PowerPoint, Microsoft tools, etc)
Experience helping an organization polish SOP's, how their operations work, and connecting the dots on what they strategically need to get accomplished
Familiarity with AI in a working setting
Experience with any type of data migration and ability to understand the vocabulary and understand how to get things moving by bringing the group of people together
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
