Dealer Relationship Manager
Strike Acceptance is a non-prime auto lender headquartered in Southern California, seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to build and lead a strong dealer network in an assigned market. The role involves managing dealer relationships, supporting dealers with deal structure, and meeting monthly performance goals in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.

Responsibilities
Build and grow a dealer network from the ground up in your assigned territory
Sign new dealers and manage ongoing dealer relationships
Act as the local ambassador for Strike Acceptance in the market
Support dealers with deal structure and program guidance (no credit authority)
Meet or exceed monthly goals related to funding, look-to-book, and dealer sign-ups
Monitor dealer performance and ensure strong, long-term partnerships
Work independently in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Non-Prime Auto Finance (DRM, Field Credit Analyst, or Branch Manager)
Strong credit knowledge and sales fundamentals
Highly self-motivated with excellent organization and time management
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Comfortable working remotely with ~80% local travel

Ability to ramp quickly with minimal training
