Responsibilities

Serve as a right-hand partner to the Chief People Officer
Translate executive strategy, ideas, and whiteboard concepts into scalable HR programs
Anticipate organizational needs and proactively design solutions
Help build and/or refine: Job architecture, job levels, and career paths
Compensation frameworks aligned to role and performance
Job descriptions tied directly to levels and expectations
Performance management and feedback processes
Document and standardize HR workflows to support growth and audit readiness
Protect and strengthen a values-driven, faith-based culture while maintaining a very high bar for excellence
Advise leaders on people decisions, team effectiveness, and change management
Support leadership through growth, ambiguity, and transformation
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
Coach leaders through performance conversations and accountability
Ensure people decisions align with both business needs and core values
Operate comfortably in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Build decks, documentation, and frameworks as needed — this is a 'think + do' role

Required

6+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience with organizational design, job architecture, compensation, or performance frameworks
Comfortable with ambiguity, quick turns, and evolving priorities
Naturally proactive, resourceful, and coachable
Enjoys close partnership with a driven, engaged Chief People Officer
Values being onsite and embedded in the business
High energy, high EQ, and strong judgment

Preferred

Exposure to both professional and operational / frontline workforces
Experience in construction, manufacturing, trades, or blue-collar environments
