Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance
Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies
Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions
Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools
Ability to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance
Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards
Participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Experience contributing to Agile ceremonies and driving iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies
Knowledge of current Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to inform architecture decisions
Ability to ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality
