Responsibilities
Lead customers through the successful onboarding and adoption of our software
Act as a trusted partner—translating customer needs into configured solutions
Managing implementation timelines
Ensuring customers are set up for long-term success
Qualification
Required
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, data imports a plus)
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week
Preferred
Prior experience working in a customer-facing role
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
