Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand program plan & budget
Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Manage and accurately forecast the marketing programs budget
Help to build and execute an account-based experience plan
Utilize repeatable processes for program development and follow-up; provide effective and timely communications with business development reps and sales teams as appropriate
Build a positive, cooperative relationship with the Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web organizations
Leverage partnerships and relationships across the company and with external vendors to maximize program budget and ROI

Required

5 - 8 years B2B software lead generation experience
BA/BS; MBA degree is a plus
Proven experience with lead/demand generation
Excellent written communication skills an absolute must
Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals in a highly automated marketing environment
Must have strong metrics orientation
Strong understanding of positioning principles and methodology
Operates with integrity without compromise
Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized
Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills required

Preferred

Experience using systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua
