Operations & Administrative Coordinator

They are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations & Administrative Coordinator to provide vital support to their Nashville office and warehouse, bridging day-to-day administration with operational coordination.

Responsibilities
Support operations: vendor coordination, delivery scheduling, job file preparation
Assist with billing support, reporting, and customer follow-ups
Handle office management tasks: scheduling, correspondence, recordkeeping
Provide cross-departmental support to HR, finance, and operations teams
Assist with tracking production schedules and coordinating with Miami HQ
Qualification
Required
2+ years in an administrative, operations, or office coordinator role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to support multiple teams and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
