Responsibilities

Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, which may be non-routine and require deviation from standard procedures
Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and ensuring effective customer relations through timely responses to various forms of communication
Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems, while also assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management

Required

Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year experience in a call center environment

Have open availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm
Are committed to maintaining productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, and are willing to assist with training new employees
