Responsibilities

Manage and maintain internal product documentation and SharePoint sites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Develop, coordinate, and optimize product management processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration
Research and implement tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance organizational productivity
Organize and facilitate customer strategy sessions in partnership with the Product Strategy team
Design and maintain a scalable RACI model for cross-functional product teams
Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required

Must be enrolled in a college or university working toward a bachelor's degree Operations, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related role (internship or co-op experience preferred)
Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the entire internship period
Must be commutable to and from the Boston, MA or Rockleigh, NJ area for the duration of the Co-Op
Must have permanent, unrestricted work authorization in the United States now and in the future
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent documentation and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must be responsible, self-motivated, creative, have a solid work ethic and have a desire to produce a quality product
Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening) with the ability to articulate work at different levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving skills
Inquisitive individual with a desire to learn, possessing a long-term desire to work in developing next generation audio solutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Positive, personable, and able to work cohesively with others across various divisions

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or website development (preferred)
