Responsibilities
Issue and process purchase orders in a timely manner
Process invoices in a timely manner
Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and Project Managers
Maintain vendor records in COINS ERP
Help with annual and monthly closing and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist AP Manager and Controller, as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in high-volume AP
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Issue and process purchase orders in a timely manner
Process invoices in a timely manner
Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and Project Managers
Maintain vendor records in COINS ERP
Help with annual and monthly closing and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist AP Manager and Controller, as assigned
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace
Be punctual and reliable
Work as a team
Sit or stand at a computer for 8 hours per day
Preferred
Experience in the Construction industry preferred
