Senior Account Manager - Real Estate

Meson is a rapidly expanding company in the United States, seeking to build a senior client management team to support premium real estate and property technology brands. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of U.S.-based real estate and proptech clients, focusing on relationship management, retention, and account expansion.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of New York–based real estate and proptech accounts
Build strong, trusted relationships with principals, directors, and senior stakeholders
Meet clients in person for strategy sessions, reviews, lunches, and industry engagements
Lead client onboarding, ongoing strategy, and performance reviews
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Partner closely with internal delivery, sales, and leadership teams
Maintain strong commercial oversight of accounts, including renewals and growth
Represent Meson professionally in client meetings and industry environments

Required

Experience in real estate, proptech, SaaS, or adjacent property-focused industries
Proven background in account management, client partnerships, or commercial roles
