Responsibilities
Oversee commercial construction projects from planning to completion
Utilize project management software (Contractor Foreman) and preconstruction tools (Togal AI) to plan, track, and manage project performance
Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subs
Conduct site visits and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications
Anticipate problems before they exist—and solve them before anyone else notices
Review change orders, RFIs, and pay apps
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Drive closeout documentation and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial construction and estimating experience
Strong intuition — the ability to read a job, anticipate issues before they surface, and know when to dig in before something becomes a problem
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong understanding of construction documents, budgets, and schedules
Excellent communication and leadership skills
