Responsibilities
Support daily office and operational activities at our Knoxville location
Communicate professionally with customers and distributors in the U.S. and internationally
Assist with invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized records related to orders, customers, and accounting
Assist with social media and basic digital marketing efforts
Support trade show planning, preparation, and occasional event coordination
Work closely with leadership and international partner companies
Take on ad hoc tasks to support the team and overall business operations
Support a growing business by taking initiative, improving processes, and helping the company scale over time
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ year of experience in office administration, accounting, sales support, or a related role
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Basic social media or digital marketing experience
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows (domestic and international)
Additional language skills or equine industry experience are a plus
Preferred
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment
Professional, friendly communicator with strong customer service skills
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
Interested in contributing to a growing business
