Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate design activities across leadership, design, consultants, development, and construction teams
Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Lead QA/QC processes to maintain design and construction standards
Drive 2 to 5 multifamily and/or mixed-use factory-built projects from concept design through construction administration
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in multi-family residential architecture or similar using Revit or equal, as well as other software utilized for the architectural design of projects
Understanding of multi-family residential design or equal as evidenced by work on previous projects
Experience leading an architectural team as evidenced by the quality of teamwork on previous projects
Communicator of design concepts, work, tasks, and schedules in both written and visual formats
Works well jointly and cooperatively with others to develop ideas and work and open to input from others
Able to manage and document work and schedule towards completion of tasks and projects
Experience managing and supporting individuals and/or teams towards project success
Architectural License or interest in working towards licensure
