Partner with clients to define product vision, outcomes, and priorities

Lead discovery and analysis workshops using Agile methodologies

Translate business needs into personas, epics, user stories, and roadmaps

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams (engineering, UX, QA, leadership)

Manage and refine product backlogs to ensure alignment with business value

Support Agile teams driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Required

Strong experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery teams

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
