Responsibilities
Direct and balance the workflow for advisors and associates, ensuring all client service tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families, providing anticipatory guidance and a smooth, high-touch experience
Manage onboarding, account updates, cash movements, documentation, and reporting with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
Drive complex client initiatives and special assignments, maintaining transparent communication and strong execution throughout each phase
Partner with attorneys, CPAs, bankers, and other external professionals to coordinate financial, estate, and investment needs with discretion and professionalism
Offer hands-on support, coaching, and daily structure to junior staff while consistently demonstrating top-tier service expectations
Spot opportunities to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and strengthen the team’s overall service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of client service experience within financial services or wealth management
Exceptional organizational skills—highly detail-oriented and structured
Preferred
Familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab custodian workflows strongly preferred
Experience with Tamarac reporting, Salesforce-based CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
