Responsibilities
Lead the adoption of unified observability practices across teams, leveraging OpenTelemetry (OTel) for consistent data instrumentation
Design, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and manage automation pipelines to enhance reliability and reduce manual overhead (e.g., Ansible, Azure DevOps)
Promote GitOps methodologies to improve infrastructure delivery and operational resilience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience with ElasticSearch or HashiCorp Vault, including installation, configuration, log analysis, and performance tuning
2+ years working with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools
Preferred
Familiarity with AIOps concepts or tooling is a plus
