They are seeking a Client Solutions Advisor who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the decision to hire the firm and converting leads into signed, paying clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, with a focus on converting leads into signed, paying clients
Conduct in-depth phone consultations to understand legal needs, explain next steps, and communicate the firm’s value
Manage objections, discuss fees confidently, and guide clients through the hiring and payment process
Maintain timely follow-up using CRM systems to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless handoff once a client retains our services
Track metrics and maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
Provide a high level of empathy, professionalism, and clarity during stressful and emotional client situations
Qualification
Required
Driven, persuasive, emotionally intelligent sales professional
Ability to connect quickly and build confidence
Skill in overcoming objections and securing paid retainers
Experience serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Ability to conduct in-depth phone consultations to understand legal needs
Skill in explaining next steps and communicating the firm's value
Experience managing objections and discussing fees confidently
Ability to guide clients through the hiring and payment process
Experience maintaining timely follow-up using CRM systems
Ability to collaborate with attorneys and staff for seamless client handoff
Experience tracking metrics and maintaining accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
Ability to provide a high level of empathy, professionalism, and clarity during stressful and emotional client situations
Preferred
Experience in persuasion-heavy, emotionally charged, or urgency-based sales environments
Experience in rehab admissions / treatment center intake
Experience in car sales, finance managers, desk managers, or closers
Experience in high-ticket phone sales or call-center sales roles
Experience in insurance sales
Experience in bail bonds intake
Experience in collections or payment negotiation roles
Experience in any role requiring confident conversations about pricing, urgency, and objection handling
