Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen partnerships with flooring dealers, installers, and contractors in the Denver market
Grow Your Territory: Manage a strong base of existing customers while prospecting for new opportunities
Be the Expert: Learn our product lines and use your knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions
Deliver Service that Stands Out: Go the extra mile — solving problems, following through, and creating genuine value
Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with our inside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B or relationship-based outside sales
Valid license with a clean driving record
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Natural ability to connect, communicate, and build trust with customers
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Commitment to craftsmanship, customer success, and teamwork
