Responsibilities
Oversee the daily distribution of incoming leads to sales representatives using diverse methodologies:
Implement automated, sequential rotations to ensure equitable lead volume across the team
Manually or automatically direct high-value or complex leads to senior representatives
Track individual and team KPIs, including lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and average response times
Coach sales staff on effective follow-up techniques and provide real-time support to help team members close assigned opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of success as a top individual contributor in a sales environment
Proven ability to balance high-volume personal selling with the administrative and emotional demands of team supervision
Expert-level knowledge of platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking, distribution, and performance analytics
Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team and present data-driven insights to executives
Minimum 2-3 years call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
