Responsibilities

Coordinate IP infrastructure implementation and network provisioning activities
Track and process IP address requests and telecommunications service requests
Maintain IP management databases and support capacity planning
Support commissioning of new system channels and future IP assignments
Collaborate with engineering and test teams to verify VoIP performance (SIP/RTP) and troubleshoot call quality issues
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to assess impacts, risks, and solutions
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior stakeholders
Serve as liaison between program offices, management, and external partners
Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs, IP plans, and change records

Required

Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
5+ years of experience in IP networking, system engineering, or technical project management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
