Responsibilities
As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards
More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes
Qualification
Required
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA
Hold a valid state license
At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required - DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead
At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
