Responsibilities
Develop user interface concepts, frameworks, and mockups that translate requirements into thoughtful visual experiences
Create user flows, site maps, storyboards, and process diagrams to communicate design intent and support collaborative development
Drive UI/UX standards and best practices to maintain consistency across products and within the broader software development workflow
Conduct user research and usability activities to inform design decisions and enhance product interactions
Partner with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure high-quality implementation of UI/UX features
Qualification
Required
Degree in a relevant design discipline such as Interaction Design, UX Design, Human Factors, or a background that demonstrates comparable capability
Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and collaborating with software development teams to bring concepts from idea to implementation
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Sigma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience creating structured design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and mockups
Preferred
Understanding of or interest in video, digital media, or hardware-driven user experiences is a plus
