Responsibilities
Fulfilling staffing needs and procuring staff for all required positions
Handling all aspects of onboarding new hires, including screening, testing, and training
Managing layoffs, terminations, and employee relations by addressing issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
Implementing HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals
Overseeing or assisting with benefits administration and tracking
Ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and maintaining accurate employment records
Qualification
Required
Have proven experience in human resources management or a related field (must have)
Possess strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations (essential)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are proficient in Microsoft 365
Preferred
Bring experience in the maritime staffing industry
Are skilled in benefits administration, including health insurance and leave policies
Demonstrate ability to collaborate with senior leadership teams
