Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in customer service strategy, customer experience, operations, or related leadership roles
Strong expertise in customer service frameworks, service transformation, and performance management
Proven track record of driving service excellence and customer satisfaction at scale
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate customer insights into actionable, business-driven strategies
