Responsibilities
Oversee QA operations for a diverse dairy product lines
Bring your Dairy Industry knowledge & experience to your team
Drive quality systems and program overhauls, ensuring compliance with SQF, SMETA, BRC, HACCP, FSMA standards
Collaborate closely with Operations and Project Management to maintain and improve SSOPs and documentation
Lead audits and reviews, ensuring excellence in food safety and regulatory compliance
Manage in-house testing of microbiology, SPC, pH, water activity, fats & solids and coordinate third-party pathogen testing
Champion environmental controls, GMP practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Dairy experience is required – ice cream expertise is a plus
Strong science background in Food Science or Chemistry
Proven QA leadership with hands-on lab and food safety experience
Skilled in SQF, HACCP, FSMA compliance and audit preparation
A self-starter who solves problems independently and thrives in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and servant leadership style
