They are seeking a Project Assistant for their Springville, UT office, responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting the Project Manager with customer account management, and tracking job progress.

Responsibilities
Process account billing and invoicing in a timely manner
Communicate with customers via phone or email as needed
Update job information in the customerโs tracking system
Upload and monitor job information and progress
Coordinating project timelines with internal departments
Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
Documenting project billing processes and maintaining records
Assist with other admin duties when necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and applicable Engineering programs
Good Written and oral communication
Possess a valid driver's license or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position
Preferred
Associates degree in relevant field (preferred)
Prior construction experience (preferred)
