Responsibilities
Provide daily assistance with administrative tasks, helping department personnel stay organized and efficient
Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure smooth communication between designers and customers
Prepare and review job release packages, ensuring they are ready for inspection and construction
Input and manage data in tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Generate, analyze, and share detailed reports with the team to keep everyone on track and informed
Review customer submissions to ensure all required information is provided and assist with any follow-up tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a project-based or fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using tracking systems and software
Preferred
Experience in a design, construction, or engineering environment is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools or reporting software is an advantage
