Clara Martin Center is seeking a Recruitment / HR & Administrative Assistant to handle various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee wellness. Responsibilities

Responsible for Human Resource functions related to recruitment, onboarding, staff training, employee wellness, orientation and more
Day to day functions include placing and maintaining employment advertising in multiple locations; conducting candidate searches; providing basic information about positions, screening & scheduling applicants; checking references; filing documents; outreach to employees & more
This position will also provide Administrative Assistant functions regionally for any of our Bradford, Randolph or Wilder offices
Reliable transportation is required for office coverage needs
Regular travel to our various office locations is required
This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and will interface with Program Directors and Managers as needed to successfully perform the role

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferable
