Responsibilities
Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses
Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts
Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings
Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Facilitate impactful client interactions, including leading Zoom meetings to discuss financial insights, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations
Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with each client's unique goals
Contribute proactively to process improvements, both internally and for our clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role serving multiple clients
Demonstrated success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-based environment
Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
A natural ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
