Lincoln County Parks Department is looking for a Seasonal Campground Office Staff to assist patrons at Moonshine Park during the summer season. The role includes managing reservations, providing customer service, handling cash transactions, and performing general maintenance tasks at the park.

Responsibilities

Utilize Firefly reservation computer program to check in guests
Meet and greet campground guests at check-in, collect fees, and remind guests of compliance with campground rules
Sell day parking passes, extra vehicle passes and firewood
Extend hospitality and courtesy to guests and other employees
Facilitate cash transactions on site
Provide campground rules to users and seek compliance
Report any illegal activities to law enforcement
Assist with general cleaning of park when needed
Collect garbage and clean Park restrooms
Assist Park Hosts with daily patrols of the campground

Required

High School Diploma / GED
Computer systems
Secure cash handling procedures
Work in a safe and efficient manner
Observe safety rules, laws, and Park rules
Receive and give directions

Complete tasks without direct supervision
Lead a small group of employees and volunteers

Preferred

Previous experience maintaining public parks and contact with the public preferred
