Go-to-Market & Business Strategy Lead (Mid-Level)
Ranial Systems Inc. is a New York–based deep-tech company building a patented cognitive automation platform for the clean energy and Industry 4.0 era. The Go-to-Market & Business Strategy Lead will work directly with senior leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and narrative development, playing a critical role in translating technical differentiation into market messages and supporting sales and partnership enablement.
Responsibilities
Help shape and refine Ranial’s GTM strategy across priority segments (clean energy, microgrids/DER, industrial automation/manufacturing)
Build and maintain positioning, value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks that translate technical features into customer outcomes
Support packaging and pricing inputs, competitive narratives, and launch plans for new capabilities
Own a consistent, high-quality external narrative across website copy, LinkedIn, press/announcements, VLOGs, newsletters, and product messaging
Create and manage a content calendar aligned to pipeline goals (thought leadership, case studies, product updates, partnerships)
Develop strong collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, solution briefs, FAQs, and executive talking points, establishing Ranial’s Market leadership and Innovation
Partner with sales and leadership to produce materials that convert: battlecards, objection handling, discovery guides, email sequences, and proposal narratives
Coordinate internal inputs for demos, partner meetings, and customer presentations—ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and on-message
Support partner GTM: co-marketing plans, joint announcements, and ecosystem positioning
Run structured research on ICP targets, vertical opportunities, competitor offerings, and market trends
Build lists and outreach-ready insights for strategic BD (accounts, stakeholders, partner pathways)
Track key GTM performance metrics and surface actionable recommendations
Support leadership with investor updates, data-room narratives, pitch refinement, and milestone storytelling
Help craft clear summaries of pilots, deployments, and outcomes into credible traction narratives
Qualification
Required
2–3 years in B2B marketing, product marketing, growth strategy, consulting, or GTM roles (startup experience is a plus)
Proven ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear messaging and compelling content
Strong writing and visual communication skills—comfortable building decks and one-pagers end-to-end
Proficient with image and Video/content generation and producing white papers
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and technical teams
Structured thinker with high execution standards: organized, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed
Preferred
Familiarity with clean energy, microgrids/DER, EV infrastructure, industrial automation, or enterprise SaaS
Experience supporting partnership GTM and/or investor-facing communications
Comfort with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce (or similar), LinkedIn analytics, and presentation/design tools
Ability to interpret basic business performance signals (pipeline, conversion, CAC-ish thinking) and translate into action
